How This Started

A demo that got out of hand

A community member asked: "How do you come up with and create so many prompts?"
My response: "Let me show you."

What was supposed to be a 10-minute "watch me build a prompt" turned into a five-layer diagnostic framework, then a $297 product with a name and a guarantee philosophy, then a lead magnet architecture with three validation filters.

Two chat windows. Started at 4:37 PM, finished at 5:50 PM. Under an hour of active work, 25 prompts total.

To make it real, I asked the member: "Who was your last client? What industry were they in?" His answer: a boutique financial company that sells managed futures. I'd never worked in managed futures. Never studied alternative investments. That was the point.

"This document is a step-by-step reconstruction of what happened next. I'm sharing it because the process is more valuable than the output. The industry doesn't matter. What matters is the sequence of moves and why each one works."
